Mixer tap in Duetto

Hi our mixer tap in the sink of our 1997 Duetto is dripping, does anyone know how to change the washers or if there is anything else we can do to stop the dripping please ? It is dripping quite a lot so don't want our waste filling up any quicker or losing our fresh water either.
Grateful for any advice.

Hi

       Late model duetto mixer tap uses a tap cartridge and can drip if foreign body /scale under disc/seal if not replace.......don't know if earlier models use same system?     Worth a look

Thank you for your replies, I've found all the info but so far not brave enough to try and remove the taps myself. I will get some professional advice first I think .
