Goodbye to Dougal
Well thought we would write and let you all know we are sadly and a little reluctantly having to sell our much love Dougal (Autosleeper Duetto). Due to Paul's ill health and family commitments we decide it was best for Dougal to move on, and enjoy lots of trips which we can not give to him. We would still like to keep checking the forum from time to time to see what you guys are all up to, and thank you all for your help and advice since we have been with the forum, and wish you all a very happy season camping.
If any knows, or indeed are themselves looking for a VERY low millage autosleeper Duetto with a difference then check out ebay. (autosleeper Duetto with a difference)
A very big thanks form Paul & Caz

Paul and Caz
We will be sorry to lose you, especially under such circumstances.
However, there is nothing wrong with moving on, looking to the future and remembering the good times of the past! Carpe Diem!!
All the best for the future.
Best regards,
Ian and Helen

Sorry you are having to sell Dougal but as has been said before, you don't have to leave the forum, your experience is invaluable.

Sorry you're having to give up motorhoming, but you don't have to give up ASOFing.
You can still make a valuable contribution to the forum.

Re: Goodbye to Dougal
Hi guys, you beat me to it Paul, I was just about to explain to Jane C, that we are back lol :)
Yea Jane we had a bit of a senior moment, worrying about my mobility and thought we would sell Our Dougal, and did In fact put him up for sale, but a fortnight later and a complete re-think we just couldn't do it, so hopefully Dougal will forgive us, and we are keeping him forever or until him or me goes to the breakers yard many years from now lol...

Brill !!! so glad to hear - my Mabel is my dream. Haven't had much of a chance to get away as much as I'd like as elderly parents are experiencing health issues - my lovely Dad's 91. So its good to hear that Dougal is still with you. Hope you get away and live the dream. x

Re: Goodbye to Dougal
Thanks Jane, yes we too don't get away as much as we would like, but at least having Dougal there on the drive reminds us that we can when we won't to. The author Jess Smith wrote to us with these kind words which we have pined up in Dougal: "So gather your strength, spread those eager wings and reach for the yearnings in your soul"
And we intend to when ever we can lol....
