Dougal Heads north replaced with a duo.
Our duetto is off to lancaster with his new owner who should be on here soon. We now have a warwick duo.
Things to do, Rattles, cooker and microwave to start.
Shower upright brackets need replacing
wheel nuts rusty ( covers ordered )
Post type table needs to be bigger will make one.
new radio and antenna + surround
gas struts on benches ( Roland's idea)
Pressing the battery indicator for the vehicle battery gives a flashing red light, but van starts ok

H Peter - Flashing light indicates blown fuse. It happened to us once and I seem to remember that the fuse is in the 12v section under sink. Flashing light indicates that vehicle battery won't get charged by the inbuilt charger but will, of course, still be charged by the alternator.

Tried the Fuses, battery charger, 12v sockets vehicle battery leisure battery are fine. The 12 v socket near the rear doors does not work. There is another fuse board behind the drivers seat but I did not want to mess with that one .

Just spoken to sargent he said that either the vehicle battery is dead, although it starts ok, so the other possibility is the connection to the ec155 has been disconnected. Other than informing the battery state it does not affect anything. I will measure the battery voltages this evening.

There are some pics of the EM50 interface in the thread linked below. If that's the unit you have behind the seat, the red LED should be on and Fuse 9 is the vehicle battery connection. Be warned, there are no guides for the fuse blades so it is easy to just insert one side and think it is properly fitted.

Spot on peter....
I took the fuse out to see if it was blown but it was OK.
Returned it in the correct place and now I have vehicle battery state up on the panel.

I have a Warwick not a duo ,and the 12v socket near the rear doors will not work without the ignition being switched on all the. Best with the new van. Jrr.

Dougal sends his greeting from 'up north'. Just had his first trip into the Yorkshire Dales: here he is at Semerwater near Hawes. Later this week he is really looking forward to visiting Scotland.
