1997 Duetto
Hi I'm just getting the van ready fora weekend away next week and have found the clip which holds up the kitchen work top is very loose. There seems to be a small piece of wire hanging out of the back of clip.
I have tried to push it back in as it looks like a spring which would hold it in tight but it is so fiddley and I'm not sure if I'm even putting it back right.
Does anyone know how they should look or if there is anywhere I could get a new one. I have no idea what it is called or where to look.
Any help would be gratefully received.

We had a spring clip on our Symphony which although did the job never seemed to fit the profile of the worktop properly, maybe something like this would be better..

Hi.
It's a bit crude but mine has always worked.

Thank you both for your replies. I think we will have to go for the new clip as In Paulmolds link.
The photo you put on Brodco is very helpful as it seems the tiny wire has snapped so the spring is not working which means the top is not being held very strongly.
Thank you for replying.

This happened to us on our 1999 Duetto and I telephoned Auto-Sleeper to ask if they could supply a replacement. They had them in stock and within 3 days I had it fitted.
PS the replacement catch was of a slightly different and better design.
