Help
I always thought the lights in my van worked off my leisure battery but after reading a few posts I now wonder that when I am on EHU they work off the electric as well. Can anyone confirm one way or the other. confused3

In my Symphony, there is only one strip light that runs off mains 240v, all others run off 12v which is of course powered by the charger when on hook-up but by the leisure battery when not on hook-up. Hope that makes sense.

I have just tried my three strip lights without Ehu and they all glow beautifully. Surely if one was for the mains it wouldn't work on the battery. Or have I got it all wrong. Will look in my manual and see if I can understand anything. confused3 confused3 confused3

Hi there, I am sure you will find that all your lights in the Trident are 12v, I know thats our mine work and as mentioned by Paul, they will also run off the charger when on EHU.
Hope this helps
