Thats the stage where I get nosey and peer into all the T4/T5 cabs to see what, if anything is in that slot ! We have enough VW owners on here to offer sensible opinions

older T4's had a cold start lever that pulls out before starting. Your van hasn't got one so its blanked off with a cover.

Thats what I thought it was as Dans Trooper is the same age as mine. but as I'm not a mechanic I didn't like to say. I have the cold start lever.jt2011 wrote:older T4's had a cold start lever that pulls out before starting. Your van hasn't got one so its blanked off with a cover.
