RM212 fridge removal.

RM212 fridge removal. Empty RM212 fridge removal.

Morning all,

Can some please tell me how to remove the RM212 fridge from a 1992 VW T4 Trident. I cant seem to find any screws holding it in place and it is stuck fast.

Not sure about the RM212, but to remove the RM4000 series you have to prise out four blanking plugs - two each side - which are located just inside the door aperture and which cover screws which secure the fridge carcase to the cabinet. Following that all that should hold it in place are pipes, wires and beads of sealant.

Careful there - I thought the same of mine, but in addition to the four screws you mention, A-S had added two really long self-tappers from the outside of the cabinet, on the right of the fridge...
