12 volt dc hole
some one as said it could be for using abroad. if this is so.can you get an adapter .

Hi there,
If you are talking about the socket with two "slots" in it then it is a standard 12V fitting in the UK and most caravan shops will sell you a plug that fits.
It is so that when you are on extended EHU you don't keep using the 12V "cigar lighter" socket and drain the engine battery.

Hi,
As the OP described it as a "12v hole" I think he may mean the 12v socket that takes the small 12v plug, and is usually in the Zig unit. You can buy them on Ebay.
