Thetford Cassette C2

We seem to have stopped the leak but now the flush mechanism is not working - no sound of it whirring and no water from the fresh water tank into the bowl. From looking at the repair guides on the Thetford web site we thought it might be the fuse but now we cannot locate the fuse. Any ideas/suggestions gratefully received.
