Rear window lense

I have a fresnel lense in rear window to help with blind spot areas but the fresnel grooves make for a "grey" view.
I have seen other vans with a clear lense, does anybody have information of this type as my searches have drawn a blank.
The fresnel self fixes without adhesive & I prefer this against an actual adhesive to aid later removal & reduce risk of adhesive affecting AS plastic window.
