Sussex EB DVLA LOG BOOK DETAILS
Hi
Just purchased a Jan 2012 Sussex EB. Just had the log book from the DVLA which only list 2 seats. Not sure if this is an error and if its legal to use the 3rd seat which is obviously advertised as a belted seat for. 3rd passenger.
Cant get through to Autosleeper to get their opinion / advice.

Unfortunately the V5C often seems to show the number of seats of the base vehicle - mine only shows as 2 seats when it actually has 4 with full inertia reel belts. I'm not sure if there's any point in trying to correct this.

Same here,
Our ES has four fully belted seats and the V5C shows two.
Already had to send V5 back once to get the Revenue Weight properly recorded at 3500 not 3300.
Chancing it with the DVLA for a second time is not on.
I'm with Mojo............ there's no illegality so this one doesn't matter.
