What are your seat backs like?
We have had a pre-owned Rienza for a few years now and when we bought it it had some "customisation" by the previous owner(s). I have never been able to work out how the cushions to the back of the seating area are supposed to be attached. When we first got it they were hung on little sort of hook things which were attached to the wall of the vehicle with cut off screws. These soon pulled out and we are left with just two poppers at either end. Ours is a 2003 two berth.
Anyone else got one and can explain how yours work?

Hi Mandy,
Welcome to the forum. We have a 2006 Rienza.
The seat backs have chrome hooks which are about 1 to 2 inches long which locate over clips which are mounted on the walls.
If I get a chance I will 'try' (note that word) and upload a couple of photos tomorrow.
The seat backs also have vertically mounted and hinged triangles of wood to allow the seatbacks to by angled for more comfortable seating.

Thanks for that Davy, that sound the same as ours but what I don't understand is why the screws were sawn off. All our hooks came of with the except of one which we took off.

Hi Mandi,
Great avatar, never tried paddleboards, we are more open canoe on moving rivers, although happy on lake and sea too. Do a bit of sailing and hillwalking as well. Hard to fit it all in.
Hopefully these pictures will attach. It sounds like they may only confirm what you seem to be aware of, but even that is progress. Not had any of the screws out on ours.
The only other piece of info that i can offer is that the poppers on the walls of our van simply hold the curtains in place when drawn. Dont know if they show on the pics.

Hi Davy,
Our hooks and loops are the same but the loops are on the seat backs not the motorhome, well they were. Also our curtains don't draw they are just sort of bunched.
Thanks for taking the trouble to photograph them - maybe see you on a river somewhere soon!
Mandi.
