Overhead locker doors 1989 Transit Flair
The locker doors fall closed with the slightest touch. Not nice when you are cooking. I made some safety pins using split pins and split rings and finished off with useful gadgets. Drilled a small hole next to the strut. Job done. Just have to remember to remove before flight!

A really simple solution to an annoying problem. well done. I like the gadget holder on the end

If I forget and drive off the tap tap tap should remind me. (Or the crash of condiments on the cooker top!)

Sorry about that but I have always worked shifts and did that because family were alone a lot. Now I have a job where I have to careful online too! I live near Heathrow and worked there in avionics for 38 years. I was always interested in radio ever since I was promised a crystal set in the 60's that didn't materialise. I made my own from a gadget my mum got hold of for me only to find when I had built it I had no parts left over! I retired 2 and a half years ago for 3 months and then started a new job in Windsor. Still shifts but very rewarding and with a link to radio.

Spend most of my time on HF / PSK, Occasional visits on our clubs DStar repeater, Just built a QRSS Transceiver, still got to put in a box but this motorhoming lark restricts radio time
