Overcab headlining drooping
Any thoughts on fixing the overcab headlining which is ballooning away from the base? Started in small patches and got worse.
Has the glue just failed over time or is something more sinister occurring ?
How do I fix it ?
All polite ideas and solutions welcome

Re: Overcab headlining drooping
Hi, this problem has been brought up before and this is the reply I gave then, the glue loses it's adhesive but you will also find that the lining itself has perished. I bought the lining off ebay. Hope this helps
I replaced ours on the same model Nuevo about 3 years ago, there is another posting concerning this problem. I had to remove the inner roof panels (2 pieces of thin ply), remove the old roof lining and replace with a new one bought off ebay. the only way of fixing the new roof ling to the ply is a good quality spray adhesive, evo stick. While the ply was off I fitted more insulation. The job isn't difficult just a bit restricting because of the position. I used 5mm foam backed cream vinyl.
