Extra space
Hi; I’m just posting this as one of the simpler modifications to my Corinium over the last few months.
I had cause to remove the 3 way fridge and decided to look at the potential for an extra cupboard under the plinth that the fridge sits on…it’s quite simple and creates a good amount of additional storage space, certainly 10 bottles of wine ….if that’s your thing.
Just a few cables under there that feed in from the underfloor channel from the cooker side.
I will post more details of all my other modifications in due course once some time has passed and I feel confident that they function correctly and reliably.
1. 300Amp Lithium battery upgrade
2. Relay to disable the std battery charging system
3. Fitting a 50Amp DC-DC charger
4. Fitting a 2000w Puresine inverter
5. Diesel heater
6. New Microwave to work properly with the new inverter
7. Change over relays to power sockets from the inverter.
8. Water purification system
9. Voltage stabiliser.
10.additional cooling fans running of Digital temperature control for warm climes.
All fitted without major impaction of the storage space and are specific to my needs when I’m abroad.
I’m not a qualified electrician or an expert in any way…however I do follow good practice re; cable sizes, fusing and connections.
As a note of thanks, I couldn’t have completed a couple of the more complicated tasks without the assistance and encouragement of forum member Baggiecamper …a real gem.

Re: Extra space
That's a great idea and obviously makes use of a wasted area.
Just bear in mind when doing these type of modifications, if there's a gas appliance above, don't block the gas drop vent which will probably be in the floor.
