waterpump Empty waterpump

Hi everyone just back from Fortrose for the week on last day of trip the waterpump packed up. checked fuses that was good , toilet flush still working. there is no sound of the pump working. any advice would be appreciated. The van we have is a Auto sleeper symbol 2012. I have also checked and cleaned filters in tap nozzle still no joy.
