Waterpump Renewal
Over a period of more than a year our water pump had stopped working and then worked fine. The problem recently got worse. After removing panels around the rear passenger seat I located the problem. A small drip of water was exiting from the bottom pump housing onto the electrical connection to the pump. This connection broke on removal of pump. The pump was held onto the drivers rear wheel arch with four screws. A replacement pump and filter was sourced for about £62. A simple but doable job with Phillips screw driver and wire strippers. Next job is to tackle the toilet pump which has also stopped working.
