Re: Camping chairs
Can’t answer your specific Kemerton question but what type of folding chairs are you talking about? The flat ones or sausage shaped?

We can get our two (sausage shaped) chairs under the bench seat.

Re: Camping chairs
Will they fit, standing on end) in the compartment behind the toilet? We briefly had a Kemmerton XL, and managed two Dukdalfs in that compartment.

Re: Camping chairs
You may think there is nothing in common between a Kemmerton XL and a Nuevo but both have a shower compartment and both have rotating front cab seats. When travelling we carry our flat folding camping chairs in the shower and on site we store them on their side in the cab footwell behind the rotated front seats in space that is otherwise wasted. They are then easy to slide in and out. Ours go predominantly on the passenger side where there is no steering wheel but the sausage ones would go either side. This arrangement should work even if you are a wild camper and don't use sites. The only time it may not work is if its unauthorised wild camping where presumably you always have to be ready for a quick getaway. I had previously removed the drop down flaps in front of the cab seat bases which makes a bit more room in the footwell.

Re: Camping chairs
We carry two chairs in the rear area behind the shower in our Kemerton, not XL, also repositioned table to fit above them. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
