Leisure battery not charging on mains hook up

When we camp and connect to mains hook up the leisure battery does not  charge

Some controllers have to be switched to charge either van or leisure battery. I don’t know if this applies to yours.

We need to know what electrics system you have. If you can post a photo of your control panel that would be a start.

Yes our symbol has a switch van and leisure. It is when it is on leisure that the mains hook up does not charge it.
