2020 Boxer Chassis wiper blades
Hi all,
I have just come to replace my wiper blades and thought I would order from Halfords and get the Bosch replacements AP26U and AP22U. To my surprise I could not find an adaptor to fit my wiper arm, there were 2 which were quite close but neither would fit. Went back to Halfords with the van and then tried the alternative Valeo blades found an adaptor that fitted but was loose in the arm so also no good.
Has anybody else experienced this and if so how did you resolve it?
Many thanks
Peter

I’ve ran into this same problem myself previously, it’s a bit hit & miss. This eBay seller if you give them your Reg will double check compatibility for you but I’d say these ones should be compatible with yours but just check with them first. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/234833986185?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=yi1ojZncSxy&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=btjMiq8ZQ1S&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

Bought the same blades from Amazon recently. A selling point as far as I was concerned was that the necessary adapter was already fitted. Worked perfectly and with least ever hassle - none.
Very strange. Can’t suggest anything other than persevering with Halfords. Hope you get it sorted.

Re: 2020 Boxer Chassis wiper blades
I just replaced mine using Halfords own blades. It was necessary to use two of the several supplied adaptors on each (which click together) to make the correct fitting. Luckily I'd done it before because there were no fitting instructions supplied.

Because I’d had some trouble a few years ago, that’s why I was persuaded by Amazon’s statement that the necessary adapter was already fitted. It was. Bosch blades.Askit wrote: Luckily I'd done it before because there were no fitting instructions supplied.

I order my blades from Wiper Blades Uk. They use youre registration to find the correct blades and list different makes to suit.
So far I havnt had a problem with various vehicles we have owned and I don’t think they are more expensive than the likes of Halfords or other motor factors.

Re: 2020 Boxer Chassis wiper blades
Update for anyone who is interested purchased Bosch Aerotwin A224S off Amazon £24.40. These fitted my motorhome, they are a little more tricky to fit as have an angled groove on one side which you have to slide them down but once you have got that sussed they snap in a treat!
Thanks again for all your help.

Glad you’ve got your wipers sorted Peter. As a side note regarding replacing wiper blades.
When I was working at the bus garage one of fitters took the blades off a bus and headed to the stores for replacements leaving the arms stuck out. A cleaner walked across the front of the bus catching one of arms causing it to slam down on the windscreen. The resulting crack caused some agro from the boss.
