Having problems sliding out the rear passenger seat to make bed as something seems to have become trapped in the sliding mechanism on one side

I had such a problem when I had Symphony.  It was due to one screw of a slider having come out enough for the head to catch on the other half of the slide. Hope that makes sense.

Thanks for your reply… It does sound similar to my problem… how did you resolve it?

If I remember,  I had to access through side and feel for screw head (it was a long time ago, about 12 years ago).

Managed to find what the problem was… it was a plastic part of the slider which had snapped and got trapped inside the track which I have now managed to remove. I’m now trying to replace the plastic part. I’ve tried calling Auto-Sleepers spares on several occasions as well as emailing them but haven’t had a response, so I wonder if anyone knows where I could find the brown plastic part which I’m pointing to in the photo, this being the one on the other side of the seat.

Might be worth looking at their spares catalogue which you can see and download online. It's an obscure part, but worth a try.

Thanks for replying… I’ve already tried looking on there. If I knew who actually supplied the sliding track for the seat to AutoSleeper, may be I could get some joy from them

Is it a part of the slider mechanism or just a 'stop' to prevent the track from coming out when fully extended? If the latter, and you are unable to source a replacement, anything that prevented the track coming out of the runner would do.

'Telescopic drawer slides' are available  from Amazon or eBay in various lengths.
