Kingham - EC480 control panel

Good afternoon

I switched on the EC480 today and all l have is a blank light cloud on the screen no other information whatsoever. It has been running perfectly for ast 5 weeks. I've switched it off and on, tried on and off on  hook up etc[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]..
Nothing changes, can anyone advise please.

I had the same issue - fixed it by switching the EC500 off, leaving it for half an hour and then switching it on again.
