My ongoing quote is for the parapress window seal, which was out of stock last time I was able to log in.
If anyone knows an alternative supplier I would happily order elsewhere....

It's in their Sales Brochure titled:
"ParaPress Window
Rubber – Seals Window
to the Frame
WW0154"

Likewise. At least they’re now on the case.

Thanks, just downloaded their brochure and unfortunately nothing similar.
I'll post on another thread if I really get stuck.

Parts system working again, for me at least. That said, I’d already decided to source the part I needed (shower riser rail) from elsewhere, as AS wanted to charge £17 for shipping.

Oh, and my email to [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] also came back as undeliverable.

Working for me too, but also sourcing from elsewhere if possible due to their cost.

Sorry to say, that's ridiculous,  the Owners Club can't supply parts anymore than this forum can. How are you supposed to contact the club , especially if you're not a member? I'm a member and I wouldn't know how to ask them about parts.

As long as you can still order whats on their catalogue regardless of how old your van is, then fine but to say if your van is older than 2019 to contact the owners club doesn't make sense, the club doesn't have the detail of parts used for your build. Plenty of parts in the catalogue were used on vans prior to 2019.

The website states "
Please note, if your vehicle is older than 2019 registration, unfortunately we will not be able to assist with your enquiry. Please contact the Auto-Sleepers owners club who have a wealth of knowledge on aged vehicles".

That is madness! Anything older than 5 years and AS are saying they can’t help. What an admission of failure in their ability to provide after-sales support. Never mind what it says about not reciprocating the loyalty that many owners show towards the brand.

Maybe this is some madcap strategy to boost sales, by persuading people to trade up to a newer van.

I guess it doesn’t matter in their eyes, as no one can contact them to protest! None of the email addresses seem to work and they’ve turned off the phones.

What a farce, they really do seem to be losing the plot.
