Doesn't work for me, using the link or from the AS website. Click login, tries to load, back to login page.

Re: auto-sleeper parts
Same problem for me. It worked a week or two ago when I viewed a quote they’d prepared for me but now doesn’t let me enter the system to accept the quote and place an order.

I initially tried my normal browser, Firefox, then tried Edge. no access on either. Tried a "forgotten PW" reset, still no good.???

Re: auto-sleeper parts
Having the same issues here... On three different browsers I get a 'User Not Found' error. Tried re-registering with the same email and got a message saying I was already a registered user! Tried a different email to register. Still didn't work. Phone calls are answered by a voice message saying there's noone to take the call so please go online!

Re: auto-sleeper parts
If no one is available to take calls then maybe they’ve closed down the online system as well while they catch up with a backlog. I’ve just emailed them and have messaged the Autosleeper-jobs page on Facebook Messenger. I don’t know why AS make it so difficult to communicate with them!

Paul, I used [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] as it’s listed on their Facebook page. Predictably their FB page is broadcast only and doesn’t accept comments.

Yes I've seen that. There is another email address [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] that may be useful as a backup.

The [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] is the one I used when trying to get info on the tracker. They got back to me within a couple of hours and were very helpful.

Re: auto-sleeper parts
Tried this morning and I am getting same problem, put in email and password, press enter and resets to blank screen, try to register and it tells me I am already registered. This is using link for parts on AS website. Happening with phone and tablet- both Android

Re: auto-sleeper parts
The email informing them about the Parts Enquiry Service that I sent to the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] address has bounced back as undeliverable so I've messaged them at [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].
I've had no reply to the message I sent on Facebook Messenger.
Maybe they've reverted to analogue comms!

Re: auto-sleeper parts
I also sent email to the 'contact' address, that was 2 days ago and so far it hasn't bounced back. I have sent an enquiry via the website to the service dept telling them the problem and asking them to tell the necessary department. I've just tried again myself and having registered before, I can access the enquiry section as normal, clicking on new enquiry on my previous orders, so is it only new registrations that cannot be done or are members that have previously registered unable to bring up their previous orders?

I'm previously registered, and with ongoing quote, and doesn't work for me.
