Roadside Assistance Warranty Empty Roadside Assistance Warranty

Hello, We have a 2021 Warwick Duo MQ the Fiat warranty booklet we got with the Campervan states "Campers in United Kingdom are entitled to 3 years Roadside Assistance". However, on checking with Customer Care Stellantis EMEA Fiat Professional, we have been advised that the 3 years cover applies exclusively to UK Swift Conversions and that Autosleeper conversions only have 2 years Roadside Assistance. Do others have any experience of this ?

Actually ours was only one year RAC as we had to use it just before it expired. Guy was useless anyway and we went with AA for renewal.
