Warranty
My Warwick XL is just coming up to 3 years old. I had a 3rd year habitation and water ingress survey booked for April which was cancelled due to the current situation. I've always felt like so many of us the main dealer price is a rip off at £216. Don't trust the dealer anyway and wondered if I could take it elsewhere. So in these times of lock down and looking for things to do I thought I would have a better read of the warranty book. Well it would seem the only warranty you are covered for after 3 years is for water ingress on condition of an annual water ingress survey for a further 3 years. The last 3 year ingress warranty is not transferable to a new owner. It will not cover ingress between non-permanent seal between hatches and frames. So as far as I can see, van conversions have no useful Auto- Sleeper water ingress warranty after 3 years as the only place water could get in would be with the base vehicle, and that we are told so often by the dealer is down to Peugeot. So after suffering from an incompetent main dealer for the past 3 years I will seek an alternative venue for my servicing needs.
Thoughts please.

Re: Warranty
From bitter past experience I think you've pretty much summed it up!

Re: Warranty
You could perhaps try an approved mobile engineer in your area.

Re: Warranty
Chalky , you should be able to get a decent mobile engineer to do a habitation service that will satisfy A/s re. Warranty for all it us worth as you say . Check online for reviews and recommendations. I have been saying for years that A/s while demanding a premium price and boasting of premier build do not have the confidence of backing it up with a industry leading warranty. When I suffered water ingress in our van conversion due to botched poor/no sealing of a roof vent they walked away at just over 2 years old. Our previous coach builds from Explorer group had by then 10 years no quibble warranty for water ingress with many more seals to fail in a coach built van.
