Bubbling on Nuevo external wall
Hi there fellow Nuevo owners. Has anyone else come across this vertical bubbling on the outside wall? It seems that the metal has come away from the interior material, hopefully the attached photo shows it. Is it anything to worry about? Many thanks.

Re: Bubbling on Nuevo external wall
Ah. That's different from my outbreak of bubbles, on the outside rear wall. Mine were like a rash of pimples, some of which burst. They were caused by water droplets in the paint airline, and in a hard frost the droplets froze beneath the paint, creating the pimples.
Yours would seem to be different - on large blister extending a foot or more down the sidewall. Has it occurred recently? As it's immediately underneath the window, my suspicion would be that the window seal has leaked, allowing water to penetrate between the GRP (or metal) outside skin, and the inside frame to which it should be fixed.
As to whether you should be worried, my inclination would be to take it to a motorhome dealer for an assessment.

Re: Bubbling on Nuevo external wall
Many thanks for that. I have now discovered that this bubbling is directly adjacent to to the Whale outlet. On the inside of the mh there is a black box which I think contains the solenoid for the Whale water pump. The mh has been sat connected to ehu, and this box is very hot to the touch The attached picture shows the location of the box. So perhaps the heat from the box is causing the bubbling on the outside? Like you say I think it best to get it looked at by a mh dealer.
