Auto sleepers Dometic Microwave

Hi,

Recently had issues with the microwave in my 2021 Fairford Plus

The microwave nearly came off its shelf whilst on the road, on investigation I found that the "clinch nut" insert on the front left foot that is affixed to the metal mounting plate had come adrift - I assume that the metal on the case of the microwave became fatigued after the crashes and bangs of the scottish country roads and gave up the battle


I can find the microwave - Dometic MWO 240 online at a silly price but my question is.  Are the feet on a new Dometic microwave already fitted with the clinch nut for fixing in a Van or do Auto-Sleepers drill the base and fit the clinch nut to accept the cap screw that holds it in position ? if so I just order and fit myself


Struggle to see anything regarding this on the Dometic website, I have emailed the dealer but if they won't do it on warranty I'll  fit it myself - Any help greatly appreciated

I ordered a replacement and the Dometic MWO 240 microwave comes with the threaded insert for a 6mm cap screw
