Used AS Symbol - What to check for?

Would appreciate some guidance re. what key things to check when looking at a used AS Symbol please (c.2018 onwards).

Having looked at a few this is what I have found:

Separation of the front side of the shower tray from the wall - anyone had damp issues from this?
Fading/cracking/peeling of external livery/stickers - Surprised to see this on such a young van
Delamination of the window tint on the side windows - I think that is what this was, some rippling on the view through the side windows

Any others to look our for?

Water ingress through lower edge of side sliding windows. Caused by drain holes that are of minuscule bore and therefore prone to blocking with road dirt or by careless application of silicon by window fitters. Usually evidenced by water stains on fabric of door card on sliding door and similarly on opposite side behind bench seat.

Peeling or lifting of wood effect plastic foils (wraps) on internal locker doors, shower room door and wardrobe door.
