Repairs to Mezan bumper and body

I have a Mezan Autosleeper (Peugeot Partner base. 54 plates) and I am doing a fibreglass repair to the rear bumper that has been damaged. I will need to paint it afterwards. What paint should I use? The bumper is black. I also need to fibreglass repair part of the white body shell. What is the best method of painting a repair to the body work?  Many thanks.

This ~probably~ isn't the best place to ask. Some of us here had done both fibreglass and metal body repairs, but I doubt any of us are completely up to date with the latest products in terms of primers and top coats. The products change on a very regular basis.

If you have a local body shop or boatyard that you can go and talk to, they will know what best to use (though they might of course prefer to do the work rather than talk to you about it!)
