So you can have light under the awning? I never use mine, but I wish there was a way to get it to come on for just 30 seconds when unlocking the van in the dark. Like in many cars.

Mine dose that when you unlock the doors.
I think that you can set this in the EC700 settings.

We’ve not used our van for such a long time as husband had op etc
Just realised awning light is accessed on control panel above habitation door .We have another issue - the reading light above the passenger seat keeps coming on all through the night ! We’ve no idea why nor how to fix !
Anyone else had similar issues?

My EC700 was already set to “both” but it never comes on automatically.

I think that reading light would suit my wife, she's up and down to the loo all night and then decides she wants to read
