Intermittent Warning Light

I have a 2017 Symbol but built on the Fiat Ducato chassis. I have an intermittent warning light that I have found on page 77 of my Fiat handbook. The warning light shows an oil can over some wavy lines and an explanation sign. The handbook says :-
"The symbol turns on to indicate a failure of the low engine oil pressure warning light."
Does this means there is low oil pressure or there is a bulb failure ? Many thanks. Bill
