Kemerton XL 2016 sliding door issue

Hi, has anybody had this issue please. My Kemerton XL 2016 if left standing for a couple of weeks the main sliding door won’t open. The first time it didn’t appear to respond to the fob unlocking (but I might have been wrong about this) today I can hear the lock appearing to respond to the fob unlocking but the door won’t budge.
By going in through the back doors (which open/close etc fine) I can open the door from the inside albeit having to lean on it perhaps more than usual.
Any thoughts or previous experience would be appreciated.

Seal sticking? Wipe over with silicon spray.

Silicon spray all the rollers and hinge mechanism, lock and the track, give the contacts a clean on the door jam and the door, this may help

A lot of people swear by a product called Gummi Pflege for the rubber seals which prevents sticking and freezing.

Thanks will look it up, sounds like a new Government Minister.

I use this on all the rubber seals on the cars and Van we have, a great product that really softens the rubber seals

My slider was sticking, silicon spray worked for a while but it’s now sticking again.
This Gummi Pflege sounds good. There seem to be different brands doing the product, are some better than others?
