1997 Boxer based Motorhome (Autosleeper Symph
Has anyone got any bright ideas to get us out of this problem. Neither the garage or I can find a replacement manifold. No longer manufactured
Breakers Yards seems to be a dead loss now. I have discovered that the same manifold is on the Citroen Xantia 1.8 i. But that comes as out of stock all over the EU. Part numer on the manifold is 96 163 611 80 . Peugeot gave me 036196. I have even tried second hand or recon engines but they all seem to come without manifolds, I do not want to through away a lovely Autosleeper Symphony!

Petrol 2 litre or 1.9 diesel? I'm guessing petrol.

Could it be repaired or reconditioned? There are companies out there.

two litre petrol. the engine a fine just the manifold. Yes I am in touch with a firm that produce fillers but not easy to use. The manifold is plastic with the fuel feed part of it and the injectors fitted in it. Could change the engine to something more economical but what would fit?
