Our Boxer's MOT and service, rear doors? Empty Our Boxer's MOT and service, rear doors?

This week our Peugeot Boxer had its second service and first MOT. I didn't notice until today that a folding chair was in the shower, it would have been unhooked from the rear wall of the shower, the bungee that holds the Silver Screens wasn't as I'd left it, and two small webbing straps I think I was perhaps using to hold a walking pole were dropped down onto a part of a spare table that I'd also fixed to the rear wall of the shower. I haven't noticed anything else being disturbed.

Why might the Service Department have needed to open the rear doors? Would it be to lubricate the locking mechanism? Would they have need to again access the rear light clusters?

When we had a Duetto I had to stop the Ford main agent lubricating the locks, not just at the rear. They had used a white foam which got onto the curtains, a right mess, after this I periodically oiled the locking mechanism myself.
