Post by basleigh Sun May 01, 2022 6:39 pm

Hi All,
I am debating purchasing a 2013 wiltshire duo on a Mercedes 2.2 Auto.
I have absolutely no prior knowledge of auto sleepers and am asking if anyone would so kind as to give opinions on this van and any problems that i should look out for
Thanks in AdvanceĀ

It helps members give relevant comments if you introduce yourself to the forum https://www.autosleeper-ownersforum.com/t541-new-members-read-before-saying-hello.

There are no generic problems with that model at that age. You just need to check that everything works properly and that their is no damp in the body or floor. A Mercedes and habitation service record would be nice but it would be unusual to find an auto-sleeper of that age that had not been maintained properly.

I thought the mercedes chassis was narrower.
It certainly seemed so when i had one. Engine was great.
Not the model Wiltshire and an older version 2003.
