Gas connection in Europe
We own a 2019 Fairford with under-slung gas tank and a connection fill-up point on the side of the van. The connection is a Bayonet (AKA De-Visser) type. Do all LPG pumps at fuel stations in France & Spain have the same fitting? Or is it a different type of connection - and if so it is standard practice for garages to have spare connectors to enable the fill, or do I need to bring with me a selection of different connectors?
Many thanks

You can buy sets of adaptors to suit all of Europe from Amazon , Ebay or direct from Gasit (who supplied your underslung tank).

I would estimate that about half the garages I have visited in Europe have adapters that they will lend to you but as Paul says, I doubt you would ever regret buying a set of your own.
A set will comprise of 3 adapters, you don't need the bayonet connector as your van will have this built in.
PS I think our vans have M22 internal thread but I haven't measured it.

And you will DEFINITELY need at least 2 of the 3 in the kit.
Small, cheap, high quality, far better than relying on a foreign garage to have an adaptor, after all, why should they?
