Some questions....

1 Using the vehicle or just static?
2 Any damp/wet carpets under dash area?
3 Rate of loss, clearly an approx guess?
4 Any water droplets seen from exhaust after engine fully warm?
5 Diesel or Petrol?

Have to say I'm thinking head gasket if no to above top 4

My Peugeot very slowly lost coolant from new, as did my work colleagues. We both had a leak in the same place which was a plastic tee piece which can be accessed/located between the radiator  and the engine if you look from underneath the front bumper in the centre of the vehicle. Had to replace to hose clip with a jubilee clip.
