Ceiling lining at bathroom skylight

We are looking at a private sale Duetto 55 plate. The van seems perfect except that the ceiling lining is wrinkled around the bathroom skylight and the bathroom window seems to move a little. Should we be suspicious of this ? Apparantly we can transfer the warrenty which runs for another 2 years.

Are there people we can pay to look the van over as we bought our first van last year from a dealer.

As we are relatively new to campervans any advice would be welcome. We have a 1999 Duetto and love it so just want a newer one.
