Kingham External Whale Watermaster
Hi I have a new Kingham and tried running the external whale pump in a aquaroll but can't get it to work. The on board water tank and pump work but not the external.
Anyone know how this external feed works ?
Thanks

There’s often a switch, or option on the control panel, to switch from internal to external pump. Could it be that?

Re: Kingham External Whale Watermaster
If it's the same as mine, under 'settings' on the EC700 CP there is an 'autofill' button. Press this button and power will go to the freshwater's tank's cutoff switch. If the tank is not full the power will then go to the external Whale water inlet socket to power the external Whale pump when it is plugged in. When and if the tank is full, the freshwater tank's cutoff switch will stop power going to the external Whale inlet socket and therefore to the external Whale pump.

Thanks I will have a go tomorrow.
You don't get any upto date manuals when spending £60k plus not a good start for the brand hence my question on this owners forum.
Thanks again

and the associated Harmony handbook is here:

I understand the latest EC700 CPs have 3 states for the autofill button - un-illuminated, illuminated blue and illuminated green. I don't think this is explained anywhere so you will have to experiment a bit with it. My autofill button only has 2 states - un-illuminated which means its either off or the freshwater tank is full and illuminated blue which means power is going to the Whale water inlet.

Re: Kingham External Whale Watermaster
Thanks it was in the control panel called Tank fill.l, presumably switches off when full.
