Double glazed side windows

As the sliding windows in our Duetto in the sliding door and the window oposite, are getting past their best I began to wonder if direct replacements might be available of the double glazed perspex type fitted to the rest of the windows, ours are both draughty and sometimes leak water depending on wind and rain conditions and like the windscreen and side windows suffer from condensation now that overnight temperatures are dropping.

Eeco of Halifax is the only place for new windows.

Sent a query form to Eeco so will see what they come back with but I suspect they may only supply replacement plastic window panes whereas I need a complete unit to fit the existing aperture. Been doing a search on the interweb and there seems to be a distinct lack of stuff for >'99 transits everything seems to be for 2000 onwards.
