leak on outer door to under seat storage
We are relatively new to our camper van. It’s a 2020 Nuevo ek
We have been getting water in the under seat storage locker, presumably through the outer door.
I have checked the locks and the seal and both seem to be in good shape.
Has anyone else had this problem or know of a solution.

Welcome to the forum. There have been problems in the past with the seals around the external locker and some of the items fitted on that side. I had to return my vehicle (under warranty) to AS to have this resolved. As yours should still be under warranty I would suggest you contacting your dealer ASAP to have this investigated.

yes - I've felt that the under-seat storage access flap was vulnerable to water ingress. Actually I'm not sure why it's there (if we're talking about the same thing - not the lower access flap in the white trim, that I've seen on some other Autosleepers). We have a 2013 Nuevo and I've never used it for access to the interior of the van. We keep our bedding there, so there's never a need to do so. Actually, I've sealed the door inside and out with tape, and I am very careful with hosepipes when I clean the van exterior. Good luck.
