Heater control panel fixed Trooper Empty Heater control panel fixed Trooper

I couldn't select windscreen with the control knob. 
I removed the control unit and saw that the cable end was protruding and catching on another lever. 
You can see the scratch marks. 
I unhooked the cable and used a dremel to getting it down.
Works fine now.
