VW Trooper wind out Awning fitting
Hi,
I am having trouble trying to find out how to fit a wind out awning to my 2010 Trooper.
Fiamma and Thule do not know Autosleeper have not replied to me but they did sell me the adapter plates.
Has anyone done this or does anyone know how?
Thanks

I suspect you will make more progress with specific questions, rather than asking for generic advice.
For whatever reason, I don't think many people here add awnings themselves - I can recall a number of threads where people have asked, but none where people have actually done it.
However... there are plenty of people who have factory-fitted awnings. So asking about locations and dimensions may get you more info than asking for step-by-step instructions.
The lack of information from A/S directly is a little disappointing, but you have to bear in mind the fact that it is around a decade since the Trooper was last made at their factory, so it may genuinely be that the people that used to do the job are no longer working there!
