New TV no signal
2011 Neuvo II model. Bought new TV and auto tuned it but when finished it just said no signal. Never had a TV before, are we doing something wrong.
We bought a new arial cable and wound the antenna up. Help?

Re: New TV no signal
Is it a directional aerial (and facing in the right direction)? Is there a booster somewhere, like in the wardrobe, which needs switching on? If you can run that TV on mains as well, you could test it in the house on your main aerial, to eliminate a problem with the TV.

Did you make sure to tune it to digital channels, not analogue (which no longer exist but still comes up as the first menu choice on some models)?

Point it.
There are a few apps for phones which tell you where the nearest antenna is and whether your aerial should be vertical or horizontal.Musley wrote:2011 Neuvo II model. Bought new TV and auto tuned it but when finished it just said no signal. Never had a TV before, are we doing something wrong.

Try "Antenna Finder", always works for me.

Same problem as me, apparently if you have Avtex Pro TV's they have a built in sat decoder and assuming you have a dish you should be tuning the TV to the sat setting not the DTV, apparently, I shall find out tonight if that is the case - I have the DX Media pack.

Its probably only us, but breaks away are much better without a TV and it's "content".
Never thought of having a TV in the van.
Saying that hope you get it sorted with some help on here.
