Fairford Plus MQ heating

Hi 
First weekend using the gas for the whale heating in our 2021 Fairford plus MQ. Whenever we put the heating on gas or gas mixed with electric it locks out and an exclamation mark shows indicating a fault. Fault code is 1 which is no flame detected. Won’t reset on the control panel when pressing heating button and plus button as stated in the manual. Tried restarting 12v system a couple of times and then it reset. However it has then locked out again and showing same fault code. Cant reset the control panel. Any ideas on any fixes for this please so we can use gas/gas with electric for heating? Many thanks
