That Symbol was previously listed on eBay, ending 19/4/20 at £21,250. That appears a more genuine looking listing, from where the above may have been scammed ?

Given the current Corona crisis i'm surprised at anyone trying to sell anything! 

I'd be tempted to email and ask for photocopy of the V5 and/or recent garage receipts.
