Hi. Just ordered an Autosleeper and was looking forward to joining the forum community.

Unfortunately, I can’t log in on PC (only phone - not ideal) despite clearing my browser cache, so my use will probably be restricted to ‘view only’.

At least I won’t embarrass myself by asking all the newbie questions I’ll have!

Hi Richard and welcome.

We all had to ask newbie stuff when we started out so don't hold back.  You'll get loads of help and sometimes conflicting advice but it'll help you climb up the learning curve.  Before you know it you'll be able to pass on pearls of wisdom to future newbies.

Enjoy your Pollensa, we love ours.

Thanks Roger. If someone can help me log on from a PC so I can use the forum properly, I’d be grateful. Viewing and posting on the forum from a phone is a bit of a pain!

I’ve tried logging in with Firefox and IE. Cache cleared. Private or non-private browsing. Every time, I get ‘incorrect or inactive username’. Now given up in frustration!

The only thing I can think of with your logging in problem is are you using upper and lower case. I notice the R is a capital, the other thing you dont happen to be leaving a space between the d and the 7  do you.

I cant comment on IE as I havnt used it for years and its not installed on any of the pcs' here,  but most of the time Firefox, Edge Dev, Chrome, Safari and Opera run fine here.

Are you trying to access  on the desktop version on both pc and phone ?

Thanks for the welcome everyone.

roli - thanks very much for the suggestions. Yes I was trying to access the desktop version via all devices (I think!). In any case, I've now managed to log on via PC. Looking foward to browsing and chatting!
