It is a paper-exercise in most instances. If you're unsure then contact SV Tech who do this work.

while it is a paper exercise (as the chassis is the "heavy' one, downplated to 3500kg), there are implications of driving a van over 3.5t...
although the VED rate is less, speed resrictions apply, drivers over 70 yrs old will need to have medicals to retain the groups necessary to drive at that weight, continental tolls are higher (although many only use height or number of axles to determine rate but computerised access to V5 via number plate is straightforward these days...) and access (by weight signs) to many continental towns are becoming limited by weight, with 3.5t being the threashold along with weight/emissions based restirctions requiring  'stickers' to allow access to many cities...

the AS website show the Warwick as having a MIRO of 2892, payload 608...that's quite a lot for a PVC.

I was wondering what total weight you run at now, as your individual axle weights wont be compromised (heavy chassis) and what extra load you were considering placing on the van...a rear slung scooter, perhaps?, a boat/canoe on the roof?

just interested.
