AS Harmony 2001
HI , all
Just had my , new to me, Harmony to my excellent local CBC Metals weighbridge, here in North Walsham.
Results....... Front axle ......1230Kg
Rear axle .......1160Kg
Total weight......................2420Kg
Now, before you start, the 2 axle weights do not add up to the total weight, this is a limitation of the weighbridge, calibrated monthly btw.
Suffice it to say, my truck weighs 2420Kg in this following condition......
Me inside, full fuel 80 litres = circa 60Kg
Empty fresh water
Empty waste water
Empty toilet flush water
1/2 full 6Kg gas cylinder
Rear wheel moved to rear door
TV installation complete, ( pos 5Kg max)
So, if we now set off for a 3 week tour, we have to add the following....
Wife + clothes 80Kg
Fresh water 55Kg
Flushing water 15Kg
Clothes etc 20Kg
Crockery/cutlery 5Kg
Water 2 ltr botts x 5 10Kg
Drinks, etc 18Kg
Total 203, let's call it 250 to allow for add ons..
so 2420 + 250 = 2670Kg.
Vehicle max is 3200Kg so, in all readiness for a 3 week trip, we have 3200-2670 = 530 Kg spare!!!!
Now that's a lot of wine!!!!
Hope this helps
